Job Description

Gary Brown Homes is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support for our home-building and remodeling business.

Location requirement: Applicants must reside in the United States. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities
Manage emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain customer records, project files, and digital documents.
Assist with data entry, calendar management, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate communications with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Previous administrative or virtual assistant experience preferred.
Must reside in the United States and be available during agreed-upon business hours.
Position Details
Job type: Part-time, fully remote
Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
