Not just write code but design, build, and ship complete autonomous agents that actually work in the real world, inside some of the most operationally complex companies on the planet.\n\nThis is what it means to be a Product Engineer at comstruct: you get a problem, you form a hypothesis, and you drive it all the way to a fully working autonomous system. You own the agent logic, the backend, the frontend, the iteration with real customers. From zero to deployed, end to end.\n\n What We Are Looking For\n\n - You have at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up, and you can point to things you've shipped and truly owned and not just contributed to\n\n - You care deeply about whether what you build actually solves the problem, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity to get there\n\n - What we care about most: you think like a builder. You take ownership seriously.
