Job Overview As Solution Architect, Health & Life Sciences, you will lead the functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across our healthcare engagements and act as the functional lead for NeuraFlash's Health practice. You combine hands-on Health Cloud design depth with real industry fluency—you understand how payers, providers, integrated delivery networks, device and distribution companies, and pharma actually operate, get paid and are regulated—and you translate that into designs our Data 360, Agentforce, Service, Field Service and Revenue teams can build. You will have the opportunity to help lead Health & Life Sciences solutions with key business and IT stakeholders, and internally will be responsible for building the reference architectures, reusable patterns and enablement that let the rest of the practice deliver healthcare work with confidence. You'll have the opportunity to: - Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud grounded in the HLS industry data model and out-of-the-box capabilities—Person Accounts and households, Care Programs and Care Plans, Provider and Payer data models, member and benefits verification, referral management, Utilization Management, and Intelligent Document/Form processing—evaluating every requirement against native capability before recommending custom build.
